Ms Tanzeem passed the Teaching Specialization Exam for a UAE teaching licence. She got an Eminent Leader Certificate from her school.
She was titled as 'Bright Idea Delivery Specialist ' by the Governance Body Chairperson of her School. She is now Head of Department and a part of the Senior Leadership Team.

On 15th August 2024 at 9pm, nearly 60 eager participants gathered for an online webinar titled "The Power within." The session was led by the visionary Professor Gopi, who is renowned for his deep understanding of the dynamics between generosity and personal fulfilment. The event was skilfully facilitated by Mr. Rehan, our esteemed DCDM lead, who, with his engaging introduction, set the stage for an extraordinary learning experience.
Rehan began by sharing heartfelt personal anecdotes and insightful observations, painting a vivid picture of how Professor Gopi’s teachings have profoundly shaped countless lives. The anticipation in the virtual room was palpable as attendees eagerly awaited the wisdom of the esteemed professor.
Redefining Money: A Fluid of Value
With his characteristic eloquence, Professor Gopi redefined the concept of money—not as a static object but as a dynamic entity that responds to the value one offers to the world. He emphasized that true wealth is generated by contributing something of immense value, whether it be a groundbreaking product, exceptional service, or transformative knowledge. The Universe, he explained, reciprocates with abundance to those who provide meaningful value.
To illustrate this point, Professor Gopi referenced companies like Apple, which don’t just sell products but create an entire ecosystem of value. The success of such companies, he noted, lies in their ability to deliver a valuable experience that customers are willing to invest in. Spending as an Investment: Building Future Value

However, the discussion also took a cautionary turn with the introduction of the “violence gradient,” a concept contrasting the ethical accumulation of wealth through value creation with the unethical extraction of wealth through coercion or exploitation. Historical examples, such as the East India Company’s exploitation of resources, served as stark reminders of the moral implications of how wealth is accumulated.
True Generosity: Beyond Material Giving
A pivotal moment in the webinar was when Professor Gopi introduced the concept of true generosity, which extends far beyond material possessions. Generosity, he explained, is also about sharing time, compassion, and wisdom. The session revisited the timeless tale of a Chinese emperor who questioned the merit of his charitable acts, only to be reminded that true giving is selfless and devoid of expectations.
This story served as a powerful reminder that the essence of giving lies in the intent behind the act. True generosity, according to Professor Gopi, is about acting from a place of selflessness, where the focus is on the well-being of others rather than personal gain. We are excited to share a wonderful community engagement initiative led by Mr. Avinash Datar and his team. On April 30th, they set up a booth during a social community gathering at Kandoba Temple in Akurdi Town, Pune, which was attended by more than 50 people.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn about our products firsthand.
