“Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”. The 75th Year of India’s Independence..

What a momentous occasion!! I am really delighted to address you all during this year of celebration. An Atmanirbhar Bharat is what we all are working towards. Being independent is the name of the game. And that is what Conybio stands for...

A big thank you to all of you for giving me this great opportunity to serve you as your “Director”.  All the credit for me taking on the mantle goes to my Parents.. The honourable vision and commitment of my Father Dato’ Seri Dr. N. Kanagendran -or “Kana Sir” or “Kana Ji” as many of you address him so lovingly- of “Touching People’s Lives” here in India, is what I find most admirable and struck a chord in me the most. His determination drives me to promise each one of you that I will continue to serve humanity and prepare us for a strong future. It is such a fantastic & profound feeling to be serving on the Board with such outstanding people all around me…the highly spirited Leaders, Distributors & an immensely dedicated Management Team! Your zeal and enthusiasm truly inspires me..

So where do we go from here? The meeting with the Leaders in Malaysia has given me a lot of confidence & hope.  Their professional & logical approach simply exemplifies the winning spirit of a focused team.  I spent some quality time with them and have gained some invaluable insights through our interactions over the past few days.  Despite the numerous challenges that the pandemic posed before us where everyone was shaken to the roots...lives lost, jobs lost, businesses closed, resulting in life coming to a grinding halt… they worked on & on and were victorious! Conybio came to the rescue of most of us, supporting many families unconditionally. The resilience shown by each one of you and believing in yourself & in Conybio is just outstanding and has paved the way for future progress. I believe that this is possible only when you have an incredibly enlivened team.

Our recent collaboration with “ReSkills”, a Global Learning & Educational platform is just about another milestone in our success journey. Conybio & ReSkills aims to connect and empower people through knowledge. An incredible new way of Learning.. Our focus now will be on the “Youth” who have been leading the way with their vibrant ideas and their stupendous abilities in making progress, as a precondition for the success of all of us. They are instrumental in impacting & transforming the society in their own unique ways.. Let us “get it done!”.  This is our chance or rather this should be our choice.  Let us unleash the potential of the young people to succeed in the future world of Business..

Let us together accelerate and endeavour to fortify our business.  Let us not be deterred by any unprecedented challenges in the future.. I can say with confidence that we will keep progressing in the coming years.  This is possible only with our tireless efforts, dedication & team commitment.

Just as the Mahotsav is being celebrated along the themes of Ideas @75, Resolve @75, Actions @75, Achievements@75, let us also celebrate and do this!!
