As a learning partner , few things bring greater joy than watching your participants  grow up and develop into a person of character, someone who embraces a strong set of values, strives towards lofty aspirations, and achieves more than you ever thought possible. And today, as I look upon all Conybionians who participated in the learning sessions   , I feel an overwhelming sense of pride and joy.

Conybio is a true testament to the values we hold dear, not just in her impressive achievements, but in her humility, grace, and strong value system. And as I reflect upon her journey, I am reminded of the many people and circumstances that helped shape her into the remarkable person she is today.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Conybio Dynamic Family, both past and present. You have all played a crucial role in shaping the company into what it is today, and your dedication and hard work have helped to create opportunities for so many people in India and beyond.

But I would also like to acknowledge a group of extraordinary individuals, who carried the hopes and dreams of millions of Indians on their shoulders and worked tirelessly to turn what seemed impossible into a tangible achievement. These individuals had a vision, a belief in themselves and their cause, and they refused to let any obstacle stand in their way.

Conybio is a shining example of the success of economic reforms, creating opportunities for countless individuals and families since its founding in 1999. And as we approach our 25th year, we have much to celebrate, but we must also remember that our success lies in our commitment to high aspirations, courage, confidence, and excellence in execution.

I am honored to pen this message  and celebrate the success of all our distributors in touching lives and promoting well-being reforms in India. I am also proud to celebrate the courage, enthusiasm, energy, and hard work of every Conybio Dynamic Family member, including the wives and children whose sacrifices make our own seem insignificant.

As I stand here today, many images come to mind, including our founder's unwavering determination, embodied by President Dato Seri Dr. Kana, who waited on the road to distribute flyers for our Conybio info session. These images serve as a reminder of where we started and how far we have come, and they remind us that the road ahead will be filled with both challenges and opportunities.

I am confident that we have a remarkable team led by Ms. Malini, to  achieve our next great milestone. Our success lies in our aspirations, courage, principles, innovation, and relentless focus on execution, and I know that with these qualities, we can continue to achieve great things and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

As always, my message is one of positivity, and I would like to conclude with a simple positive story. 

Two men were arguing about a flag flapping in the wind.
“It’s the wind that is really moving,” stated the first one. “No, it is the flag that is moving,” contended the second.
A Wise old  master, who happened to be walking by, overheard the debate and interrupted them. “Neither the flag nor the wind is moving,” he said, “It is MIND that moves.”
This story serves as a reminder that even in the face of adversity, we can find hope and inspiration, and that no dream is too big or too small if we have the courage and determination to pursue it…All we need is a  MIND to achieve it.
