What is a strong TEAM in Network Marketing?

You have many times heard in our webinar that you cannot achieve much in terms of generating a high income, when being alone. When being so, you will be known as a salesman. That is NOT Network Marketing. In Network Marketing the POWER is in your network and that requires a TEAM. You were encouraged to ensure you embrace E.O.B.O. Each One Bring One to our webinar.
Well. That is your First Step towards building a network. Let me share with you in this second newsletter. The rest of the STEPS to ensure you have a POWER TEAM of Networkers. Once you have enrolled a person to your potential TEAM, the next STEP is to Guide them the art of duplication… Similar to building a pipeline (recall the story of Pablo and Bruno during our webinar). In other words, your need to TEACH them. That represent the letter “T” in T.E.A.M.
You need to show sincere enthusiasm when you guide /teach them…Teach enthusiastically not motivating them. You CANNOT motivate anyone to Success. They must motivate themselves. The rules of a TEAM success in a Network are based on reality…not hype, and honesty, not empty enthusiasm. The “E” In Enthusiasm denotes the Letter “E’’ in T.E.A.M. So how do we ensure that we are teaching with enthusiasm?
The key is to inspire the person via your action of care and concern with the “breath” of confidence and energy that they can connect to and embrace. You must be the role model and guide to show those you enrolled are worthy of being followed, and is a Leader. Do what you ask them to do, and do it BIG. Show them that you believe in what you are saying, and that you do it daily. And through your actions and words, let them “breathe” straight into their hearts, and keep them inspired and wanting to follow you to ALLOW success...Praise them for small successes. Praise is the secret weapon for internal inspiration. They may have been promoted to a new rank and that is important. However, praising him/her for a valiant effort will inspire and motivate them constantly.
As Doug Firebaugh in Editorial Today.com commented “People will always appreciate being appreciated for the effort, not just the result.” Motivation must have a foundation of praise and recognition. If you have that foundation and praise and recognize your people for their efforts, you will find that there will be more pin levels to celebrate.” Your step to this is E.O.T.O…Each One Teach One.
Start teaching them the importance of encouragement in addition to the CB products and Plan. Most people never get much of any encouragement. We must encourage those who not only need it, but all who are on your team. There is nothing more motivating than the right word at the right time. A word of belief, or a word of “I am there with you “& can go a long way in keeping people on FIRE. You must pour into your team Big Thinking, Big Belief, Big Vision, Big Future, Big Life. You must constantly say the 4 most powerful words in network marketing: “I believe in you.” “If you pour into the person what has been ignored most of their life, they will follow you “wherever you go, for the rest of their lives... They will become ‘addicted “& to your encouragement and will sincerely hope that they feel from you.
You must Allow yourself to introduce new Success ideas and Bigger Possibilities into their heart. Have you ever seen someone get ignited when they had an “wow” moment? You need to become the “Wow master” & and continually introduce new Success and possibilities into their life. Most jobs and family cultures are limited and shrink most people’s dreams. Enlarge your teams’ dreams!
Ramp your team up with some Success ideas that will expand and enlarge their brains
beyond where they have ever been!
This is done with your personal attention in E.O.T.O……Each One Teach One Nothing motivates more than personal attention in Network Marketing. Focusing in on one
person for a time, maybe over lunch or coffee, and pouring into them individually. Personal encouragement is a great way to give personal attention to them. Find out what is meaningful to them. Find out what they TRULY want in life, and listen to why. Discover what is important in life to them and why. Ask what they want to change more than anything about their life. Ask about family, kids, faith, hobbies, interests, etc. Once you constantly Allow yourself to constantly practice E.O.T. O….
Then the magic of TEAM happens! The Manifestation of CB of “Touching People’s Lives” is truly justified.
