Celebrating Achievements: Spotlight on Mr. Rehan's Family
We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the family of one of our valued leaders, DCDM Mr. Rehan Khatib. His children, Tahir and Tarannum, have achieved remarkable milestones that deserve recognition and celebration.
Tahir (to the left in the above picture) had been shortlisted for India's Ultimate Motostar - Mumbai auditions round, a prestigious event presented by Castrol POWER1 and aired on MTV. This achievement is a testament to Tahir's talent and dedication, and we wish him all the best as he continues to pursue his passion for motorsports and smoking the tracks!

For all new registrations, it is mandatory that only passport size photograph of the concerned Sales Leader is given. No other form of the photograph like selfie, group photo will be accepted. Non-compliance of the same will result in the rejection of the registration.
It is also important to note, that complete address should be provided with pin code. Applications with Incomplete address will be accepted, but will not be processed. We expect strict adherence to this. Sales closes on the last day of every month. Interim message about the BV update will be sent to the respectively Distributor. You will be given a further 3 days’ time i.e., the 3rd of the next month to complete the BV requirement.

We request & encourage you all to send photos along with detailed write up giving full particulars of the events, names and rank of Distributors appearing in the photos, date of the event, venue details, audience strength, details of each photo, etc for inclusion in the Newsletter. The details should be forwarded to the Customer Service Department on or before the 25th of every month.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM YOUR TDS/REFUND FROM INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT UNLESS YOU PROVIDE YOUR PAN NUMBER TO THE COMPANY.
Please note that, as per Section 194H of the Indian Income Tax Act, it is compulsory for the Company to deduct TDS @ 5% on the bonus, when the bonus amount paid during the Financial Year is Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) and more.
Also please note as per Section 206AA of the Income Tax Act, it is compulsory to provide PAN (Permanent Account Number) to the Deductor (Company) failing which TDS will be deducted at the rate of 10% instead of 5% ... All Distributors, whose expected Bonus is Rs.15,000/- or more during the financial year are requested to provide PAN to the company immediately in order to avoid Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) at a higher rate.

We are excited to share a wonderful community engagement initiative led by CCDM Mr. Avinash Datar and his team. On April 30th, they set up a booth during a social community gathering at Kandoba Temple in Akurdi Town, Pune, which was attended by more than 50 people.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn about our products firsthand. They were provided with product information and accompanying leaflets, along with a briefing on the basic FIR science behind our products. This initiative not only showcased our products but also educated the community about the benefits and technology behind them.

In line with this vision, my elder son, Hari Jhanaarthana took charge as the Junior President on 27 June 2023. The ensuing week brimmed with power packed meetings with DCDMs, CCDMs, CDMs and Leaders at our Home Office. Our Learning Partner Prof. Gopi was also present at all the meetings. Knowledge was shared, new concepts were discussed and a map to a thriving future was drawn.
On the 27th & 28th of June 2023 there was a brain storming session with DCDM Vijayaraghavan, DCDM Rehan Khatib, CCDM Avinash Datar. Similarly on 1st July 2023 there was a session with DCDM Vijayaraghavan, CCDM Radhaa Sreedhar, CCDM Suresh, CCDM Sanjay Lund, CDM Navin Lund, CDM Raghunathan, GDM Mukunthan, GDM Vijay Kumar and GM Easwaran the Leaders from Tamilnadu.
As the first course of action, we are going to work towards rebranding the image of Conybio to go with the flow of the current times and create a strong social media presence. This would help our distributors have a greater and wider reach. A dynamic and well known branding company from Chennai will be assisting us with this endeavor.
We have planned physical seminars all over India for the next 12 months and Leaders to spear head the same have also been identified. More information on this will be passed along soon.
For more than 3 years now, we have had effective webinars in Hindi, English and Marathi, and I am happy to inform you that Tamil webinars have now been added to this. The first of which was conducted on 09 July 2023.
